Are you a visionary leader ready to drive digital transformation at scale? Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic Digital Director to lead our journey from analogue to digital, delivering innovative solutions that put people first.
As Digital Director, you’ll report directly to our Chief Digital and Transformation Officer, working collectively championing Tom Loosemore’s definition of digital—applying the culture, processes, business models, and technologies of the internet era to meet rising expectations across our Trust.
You’ll lead the delivery of our Digital and Information Strategy, modernising infrastructure, platforms, and digital services to create seamless, intuitive experiences for staff and patients. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement, ensuring NUH is at the forefront of the NHS 10 Year Plan’s digital ambitions.
What You’ll Do
* Drive the shift from analogue to digital, transforming how NUH delivers care and operates.
* Lead device modernisation, application rationalisation, cloud migration, and digital infrastructure upgrades.
* Embed agile, user-centred design and service improvement methodologies.
* Build strong partnerships across clinical, operational, and corporate teams.
* Champion digital inclusion and accessibility for all.
