Business Development Executive - Telesales

£23,625 with OTE £36,225
Full Time position – guaranteed full time hours

You will be completing the full sales cycle from initial call to close. And you’ll be supported and rewarded for a job well done.
Your role as a Business Development Executive at Direct365:
6. You’ll be calling our existing business customers, developing relationships and spotting opportunities to enhance that relationship by identifying customers’ needs.
7. This role will involve you proactively identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities.
8. You’ll be providing quotations and ordering the services for the business customers.
9. We’ll have specific campaigns and set call targets, and you will be proactively contacting our customers regarding these core products and services.
10. You will be developing a pipeline of short and long term prospects, using a mixture of cold calling, warm calling and solution selling, following up on leads, and negotiating to close deals.
11. Naturally we will have KPIs for you to achieve both personally and for the business.
12. We work as one team, to ensure we take ownership of challenges, make sure all leads are followed up promptly and are quoted accurately.
What you will need as a Business Development Executive at Direct365:
13. Outbound Telesales experience is essential. A proven track record of longevity too – we want someone with integrity who wants to build a career with us.
14. You’ll need to be able to retain a lot of product and pricing information to ensure we match the right product to the customer’s need.
15. Building great business relationships is key – being polite, articulate, and having the ability to think on your feet and provide the best solutions.
16. You will need to be organised, determined, resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for customer care and the competitive nature required to be successful.
17. Experience with Microsoft packages will be necessary, as will experience using a CRM, as we use multiple systems to provide the best service.

18. A good salary of £23,625 with OTE £36,225 in a permanent full-time position.
19. Great working hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours).
20. No weekend or evening working.
