Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
2. Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and online chats, supporting the wider team.
3. Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests efficiently.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Address and resolve customer issues promptly, providing tailored solutions.
6. Identify opportunities to upsell and expand account growth
7. Collaborating with the sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling
8. Represent the business at trade shows where needed
