Trainee Broker Position – Art Sector | Bromley | Entry-Level | Immediate Start
Are you passionate about art and great with people? Looking to kickstart your career in sales with a creative twist?
We're a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in connecting talent with exciting roles in the art and creative industries. We're now looking for Trainee Brokers to join our vibrant Bromley-based team
What You'll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients in the art industry
* Promoting exciting job opportunities and building relationships
* Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and follow-ups
* Learning the ropes of telesales and recruitment through hands-on training
What We're Looking For:
* Great phone manner and confident communication skills
* Interest in the art and creative industries
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Office-based in Bromley
Salary: Starting from £20K + bonuses & commission
