You'll become part of a friendly, supportive team who support four amazing ladies who have profound and complex needs. As a Support Practitioner, you'll assist with all aspects of the ladies' daily living, including going to appointments, meal preparation, finances and housework. Three of the ladies do use wheelchairs, so you will provide support with all aspects of their personal care too. The ladies have their own mobility cars so it would be great if you have a full, clean manual UK driving licence, but this isn’t a deal breaker for the right candidate.

We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. Confidence in the use of computers
Shift Patterns
Our dedicated team provide 24 hour support with shifts usually falling into patterns between the hours of 0700-2200 hours. Waking nights, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis. Shifts may occasionally vary depending on the needs of the people we support and activities planned.
Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional supplement per waking night worked.
