We are looking for an Early Years Assistant to join Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands Preschool, situated in Southborough close to Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells town centers, with good transport links. The Preschool offers a 66 place setting that caters for children aged 2 to 5 years. The Preschool is situated of the edge of Southborough Woods next to St Peters Church with ample of parking. The Preschool is an old school house with a three large rooms and a beautiful spacious garden. The team has a collective Early Years Experience of 100 years plus and is rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.
What we’re looking for
8. Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
9. Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
10. Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
11. Ability to be flexible and adaptable
