Job Description
1. Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members for seamless project execution.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor project progress and report updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
5. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
6. Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of construction.
7. Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and site conditions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
9. A background in construction, with experience in the property industry preferred.
10. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site management.
11. Strong communication and organizational skills.
12. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
13. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
