Are you a Mechanical Fitter with a background in HGV, Plant or Agricultural machinery looking to step into a tight-knit company offering a workshop-based role, Mon-Fri schedule, training in hydraulics and welding with the opportunity to boost your income further through 1.5x overtime pay?
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing remedial repair services to haulage fleet operators. After 45 years, this company has grown relationships with the biggest regional agencies and are looking to further grow their tight-knit team of 5.
In this role you will be based at their workshop, repairing and refurbishing hydraulic cylinders while maintaining high standards of safety. You will either work independently or as a team and initially working closely with the Director to get you up to speed in their speciality. Overtime is availing in the evenings and 7am-1pm to boost your income.
This role would suite a mechanical fitter coming from a plant, HGV, LGV or commercial vehicle background with a good understanding of Hydraulics looking to step into a role offering welding training and financial progression
The Role:
* Repair and refurbish hydraulic cylinders
* Diagnose hydraulic and mechanical faults
* Fitting Track units on fleet vehicles
* Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm and workshop based
* Overtime pay
The Person:
* Hydraulic experience
* Background in HGV, LGV, Commercial, Plant or Agricultural industries
* Happy to commute to their workshop in Cullompton
