Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting clinical colleagues to deliver a high-quality service? We are seeking an Admin Officer to join our Sexual Health Team based at Gravesend Hospital. You will be responsible for providing positive customer service to patients and visitors, dealing with patient queries and supporting patients to access our service. Your day will be varied covering reception and administration duties ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our service.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for a service committed to the care and wellbeing of our patients.
Responsibilities
* Provide a reception service for the Sexual Health Clinic at the Riverside Clinic. You will need to have excellent communication, listening and computer skills to be able to provide an optimum level of customer service.
* Deal with highly confidential and sensitive information every day; a non-judgemental attitude and strong understanding of patient confidentiality is essential.
