Working within the Resource Planning Team based in our Flagship Epsom Support Centre, the Resource Planning Administrator – Physiotherapy is responsible for managing accurate records of our clinical staff and infrastructure within the Physiotherapy department, performing daily checks and updating Physiotherapists diaries to accurately reflect completed activities. You will be the first point of contact for our third-party clinics as they navigate our bookings portal and you will be required to provide first contact support to them via telephone and email.
As a detail-oriented and thoughtful team player you will work alongside the Resource Planning Analyst and Resource Planning lead to run pre-built reports and share these with key stakeholders within the wider organisation, to achieve high utilisation across all sites. You are someone that loves a transparent company culture, has excellent communication skills, and can build relationships.
To succeed as a Resource Planning Administrator, you will need:
1. Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
2. Good IT and Key Board Skills
3. Demonstrable call handling skills.
4. Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach.
5. Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Excel and Word.
6. Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
7. Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible.
