Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England Total Salary: £25,565 per annum Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Duties: Strong communications skills both verbal and written. All actions to be outcome driven. Good organisational skills and housekeeping Team player and able to work on own initiative and self-motivation. Accurate data input into both Systems, Xactware, Symbility and any other customer portals. Acting as the key liaison point between the customer, service centre and any contractors involved on claims, ensuring communication is precise. Book appointments for both reactive and planned works for trades. Supporting customers with choosing their material choices for reinstatement works. Interim invoicing for reinstatement works. Ensure SLA’s are adhered to and highlighting any issues to the Customer Experience Manager where necessary. To provide outstanding customer service always, remaining courteous and professional. Analysing and correcting financial data ensuring projected margins are accurate and PMC is updated weekly. Resolve customer queries and ensure any complaints are escalated to the relevant Manager.
