* Helping run research-led projects (briefing, fieldwork support, insight capture, turning inputs into usable outputs)
* Supporting the development and delivery of bigger campaign moments (quarterly or bi-monthly rhythms).
* Playing a strong role in media relations where it matters - smart targeting, storytelling, relationship building.
* Supporting influencer identification, negotiation and management as part of campaigns
* Getting stuck into content creation and coordination - from social assets to thought leadership outputs
* Supporting shoots and production days (briefing, logistics, ensuring outputs land)
* Contributing to brainstorms with cultural references and fresh thinking

* Calm and capable in a small team - you like autonomy, variety, and pitching in
* Organised and dependable - you can run moving parts without needing layers around you
Nice to have:
* Experience in a creative PR agency environment (rather than purely transactional press office)
