Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office based working.
Description
Working alongside a small team, the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is a fast-paced and varied role, partnering strategically with leadership to proactively support people development within this first-class organisation.
This will include but not limited to:
Design and implement learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
Provide expert guidance on employee development and career progression strategies.
Lead the evolution of the Leadership and Management programmes
Collaborate cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and aligning development with business needs
Support global development initiatives, occasionally travelling internationally to align and deliver programmes across regions.Profile
A successful Learning and Development Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in learning and development - ideally within a similar fast-paced sector such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality
Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally experience of working within a large, global organisation
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Job Offer
