Service Coordinator / Administrator required for an international packaging equipment manufacturer based in Taplow. The successful candidate will have similar experience within service engineering administration.
Service Coordinator / Administrator - Packaging Equipment Position Overview
* Liaising with external and internal engineers daily
* Daily processing of Tool Replacement Forms and updating CRM
* Despatch of replacement customer Equipment
* Updating customer Contracts with relevant Equipment
* Processing Daily Job Sheets
* Processing Stock Adjustments
Processing customer tool quotations, sending quotations to customers and chasing for a response/order number.
* Adding the customer tool information onto CRM and keeping the repair spreadsheet fully updated.
* Processing of card payments for customer tool repairs
* Despatching tools once repaired, and ensuring an invoice is submitted to customer.
Processing an Estimate for repair to Customers whose Rental Tools have been damaged beyond our 'fair wear and tear' policy and follow up a response/order number
* Raise invoices for Damaged Tools once order number is received
Despatching new and additional Rental Equipment to customers
