Planner / Senior Planner

A well-established property investment and development company is looking for a Planner or Senior Planner to join their dynamic Land Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in identifying development opportunities, managing planning applications, and engaging with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and submitting planning applications for residential and mixed-use developments
2. Identifying and assessing new land opportunities
3. Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders
4. Keeping up to date with planning policies and legislative changes
5. Supporting the wider team in delivering development projects
Requirements:
1. Experience in planning, ideally within residential or mixed-use development
2. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and policy framework
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
5. RTPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
