Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in promoting the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of our residents. Your duties will include:
Providing personalised, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs
Supporting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Offering companionship and encouraging participation in gentle, meaningful activities
Assisting with mobility and ensuring residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment with light domestic tasks
Bringing reassurance and consistency through calm, caring support
About You
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care
