The Job Role:
We are expanding and looking for a proactive, adaptable and professional Administrator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will:
* answer all incoming calls to the office and any diverted calls from mobile phones.
* support ALL team members in the smooth day-to-day operations of the consultancy and be willing to ‘get stuck in’ to a wide range of, often ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* maintain and deliver on your own tasks on our CRM platform. Instructions will be given on various communication platforms and you will need to be comfortable with this to ensure you collate everything for later action.
* work closely with the Directors and planning team to manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, handle client communication, and oversee administrative client and project management systems.
* prepare and format template documents, letters, and reports to a high standard (google workspace used).
* maintain and update project files, client records, and internal CRM systems.
* process invoicing, quoting, and compliance monitoring.
* assist with social media and branding tasks.
You must:
* Be flexible, adaptable, proactive, and client-focused.
* be confident and have a great warm, professional manner on the phone and via email.You will be the first point of contact for the business!
* highly organised, motivated, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple tasks from more than one person with minimal supervision (KPIs given).
* very strong computer skills across Google suite, cloud-based tools, CRM and project management systems.
* be confident with and embrace new technology and digital tools to improve workflows and efficiencies.
* have great attention to detail when processing data and corresponding.
* take real pride in the quality of your work.
