Territory: Northern England & Scotland
Salary: £39,000 - £40,000 base salary plus bonus up to £7,000-£15,000.
Company car and exceptional benefits.

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Services Business Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of our innovative digital recommendation services within the veterinary community. In this pivotal role, you will recruit veterinary clinics to our digital platforms, drive product recommendations, and ensure our partners are engaged and proficient with Royal Canin's digital tools.
You will build collaborative relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals, acting as the primary point of contact for our digital services, and have a significant impact on pet health by bridging the gap between digital innovation and clinical practice.
Key opportunity to engage with pet professionals and enthusiasts at 2‑3 industry events per year, some weekend work involved.

Requirements
* Proactive and results‑driven with passion for digital technology and the veterinary industry.
* Professional qualification in IT, science, or related field.
* Knowledge and experience in working with digital systems.
* Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong presentation, communication and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support effective sales analysis and territory management.
* Driver's licence with clean driving record.
Desirable Experience
* Proven track record in sales or account management.
* In‑depth knowledge or direct experience of the veterinary industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand digital footprint.
* Recruit veterinary clinics to our digital recommendation service and increase platform usage.
* Educate and train veterinary staff on functionality and benefits of digital systems to ensure continual engagement and success.
* Effectively manage a territory of up to 750 accounts, including independent and corporate veterinary clinics, hospitals, and charities.
* Collaborate with internal teams – Veterinary Business Managers, Marketing, and Key Accounts – to deliver seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
* Represent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, and conferences as brand ambassador.
* Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, to shape strategy.
