Rate of pay: up to £ £21.10

About our nursing staff
Our Nurses collaborate with our carers to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You'll be responsible for a range of clinical care and professional support, including:
* Delivering high-quality care in line with benchmarking standards and clinical indicators
* Promoting and supporting the development of clinical practice
* Continuously evaluating care quality and reassessing resident needs
* Administering and ordering medicines, dressings, and more as required
* Participating in essential resident reviews and Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings
* Liaising with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records
As a Senior Nurse, you would have additional responsibilities including:
* Carrying out staff supervisions
* Supporting junior nurses with their development
About You
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Registered Nurse (Senior Nurses will be minimum Band 5)
* Minimum of two years post-registration experience in the UK preferred
* Strong teamwork skills
* Excellent clinical judgment and nursing practice
* Demonstrable resource management abilities
* Strong soft skills including communication, prioritization, working under pressure, using initiative, motivation, and problem-solving
* Good knowledge of IT and adaptability to systems
* Fluency in English
