The Senior Administrator will be responsible for providing high-level operational and administrative support to the clients and senior management of Nicholls Stevens Financial Services. This role requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy in the processing, reconciliation, and reporting of client instructions. The senior administrator will serve as a subject-matter expert and provide guidance to junior staff on operations processes and best practices.
The Senior Administrator will be an advocate for our clients’ best interests making sure that they receive the high level of service which they have come to expect from Nicholls Stevens.
Full training on procedures and back-office systems will be provided, but once trained, The Senior

Operational Responsibilities
* Oversee and process daily investment transactions, including trades, income, corporate actions, and cash movements.
* Maintain accurate records in portfolio management and accounting systems.
* Perform regular reconciliations between internal records, custodians, and fund managers.
* Be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reports.
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of investment instructions
Qualifications & Experience
* 3 years of administrative experience, in a similar organisation.
* Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Have or be working towards relevant industry related qualifications.
