This role’s for a super-organised, playful and proactive soul with a laser eye for detail, serious logistical smarts, and the knack for designing and delivering engagement programmes for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Designing means bringing drop-dead ideas to the table. Your creative brain will be your superpower here.
Delivering means making sure everything lands in the right place, at the right time, for the right price – keeping our clients happy with the cost, and our FD happy with the margin.
You’ll help design a jam-packed programme of employee engagement experiences – often tied to global cultural or landmark sporting dates – and help make sure they get rolled out across our clients’ UK sites, event-in-a-box style.
