Overview
Aramark UK are recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team working at Weeton Barracks near Preston. You will be responsible for managing the coffee shop on site, ensuring all products are available and customers are served efficiently while complying with company standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of a small coffee shop within Weeton Barracks, operating from 8.30am through to 2.30pm (hours may vary by shift).
* Be an important part of the team and support the general manager in running an efficient shop and providing great service to customers.
* Take full responsibility for running the shop, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
* Open and close the shop, handle cash, and place orders.
* Take responsibility for control of operational costs including shrinkage and waste.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work.
* Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
* Previous experience is desirable within a coffee shop or hospitality operation with a willingness to learn and drive the operation.

* Full-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 8.15am and 2.45pm with an earlier finish on a Friday.
