As Social Media and Affiliates Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of the digital presence.
1. Own and manage all social channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
2. Create and publish engaging content that connects with their community.
3. Respond to comments and messages, building real relationships with their audience.
4. Collaborate with creatives to source and brief assets (photo, video, graphics).
5. Track performance and tweak content to boost reach and engagement.
6. Spot trends and keep the brand culturally relevant.
On the Affiliate side, you’ll:
7. Run Affiliate program, keeping partners active and supported.
8. Recruit new affiliates, creators, and micro-influencers.
9. Handle product seeding, content requests, and day-to-day comms.
10. Monitor performance and suggest creative activations around drops and campaigns.
What You Bring
11. 3–5+ years in social media and Affiliate Marketing.
12. Experience creating and scheduling content across key platforms.
13. Strong copywriting skills for short-form, engaging posts.
14. Familiarity with affiliate platforms like AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, etc.
15. Basic content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
16. Analytical mindset — you know how to turn data into action.
17. Bonus points if you love the outdoors, sportswear, or performance culture.
