Duties
* Working closely with business leaders, providing enhanced customer service.
* Partnering with Sales Advocates, helping them strategise in building their customer accounts and stay abreast of corporate affairs.
* Building strong relationships with Sales Advocates to encourage & motivate them in sales/business development success.
* Monitoring & administering sales activity, ensuring the sales team receive performance recognition for their achievements (financial rewards & awards).
* Ensuring all sales advocates fully understand the sales commission/bonus structures and what they can achieve in additional earnings.
* Responding to any questions relating to commission & bonus payments.
* Helping the sales advocates be more effective in the sales field.
* Completing conference calls with the French regions sales advocates.
* Sending sales, commission & bonus communications to all in sales.
Attributes
* Fluent in English & native in French or C1/C2 level in fluency.
* Ability to establish professional relationships with sales advocates.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the sales team.
* Experienced in the direct selling industry & customer service preferred.
This role involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
