You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Site Engineer who will own site engineering delivery - driving safe, high-quality work, leading day-to-day assurance, and supporting junior engineers.
As the Site Engineer, you will:
* Lead day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals.
* Work with cross-functional teams to solve construction challenges and keep works on programme, budget, and quality targets.
* Prepare temporary works briefs, red-line drawings, and 3-month lookaheads for your section of works.
* Apply policies, procedures, and legal requirements, with a strong focus on health, safety, and hazard minimisation.
* Maintain accurate site records and support coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver to spec, drawings, and digital models.
We are looking for:
* Qualifications: HND or HNC / Civil Engineering Technician Level 4 with CAD and BIM proficiency.
* Strong problem-solving skills across both design and site environments.
* Competent in the use of robotic total stations and GPS surveying equipment.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Health & Safety: 3-day First Aid, Site Safety Supervisor Training Scheme (SSSTS) and a role-specific CSCS card.
