The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the hospital's growth by managing and converting warm leads into meaningful patient engagements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will develop innovative strategies to create new sales channels and enhance the patient journey. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design and implement sales strategies that align with our premium healthcare services. Manage and nurture warm leads, including website enquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience. Provide detailed information about our services, including facial and body surgery, hair transplants, and Medi Spa treatments, tailored to individual patient needs. Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with prospective patients and guiding them through their decision-making process. Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. Analyse sales data and provide insights to the leadership team to drive continuous improvement. Represent the hospital with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our values of safety, integrity, and bespoke care. About You: We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with a proven track record in sales and a genuine interest in healthcare and patient care Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within healthcare, luxury services, or hospitality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust with prospective patients. A results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous. A passion for delivering exceptional service and contributing to a patient-first culture.
