Cover Supervisor Secondary School
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £100 £180 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)
Are you passionate about working with young people and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience? I m representing a well-regarded secondary school in Dudley seeking a confident and committed Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career in teaching or education whether you're a graduate, a teaching assistant looking to step up, or someone with previous experience in youth work or coaching.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
* Maintain classroom order and follow the school s behaviour policies
* Support students with their learning, ensuring continuity in their education
* Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on lesson delivery and pupil engagement
Full training and guidance will be provided you ll be part of a supportive team with a strong induction process and ongoing mentoring.
