The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for A Banksman to join our clients Recycling facility based in the Neath area.
Rate of pay: £12.21ph **Basic rate can be reviewed depending on experience and potentially increase after 12 weeks**
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 6.30am-4.30pm Daily
Contract: Temporary to permanent role subject to passing probation period.
Duties:-
1. Responsible for directing the movement of vehicles around the site
2. Recommending and laying out safe, on-site traffic systems
3. Providing clear, correct and safe directions to plant operators
4. Communicating with drivers and plant operators verbally and by radio and/or industry standard hand signals
5. Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
6. Adhering to health and safety rules and regulations
Experience Required:-
7. Previous banksman experience ideally
Ideally you will drive due to the location.
