What You'll Do
As a Community Safety Officer, you will:
* Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community.
* Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns.
* Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners.
* Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public.
* Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving.

* Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe.
Requirements
* Valid SIA Frontline License
* First Aid Certification
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a security-related role (preferred)
Desirable
* Full UK Driving License
* First Aid Certification
