Tender & Framework Sales Manager

South Region | Flexible / Hybrid Working | Travel as Required

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for winning through structured tenders and frameworks?

We are looking for a Tender & Framework Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across our South Service division. This is a high-impact position focused on identifying, managing, and winning lift maintenance and servicing contracts through formal procurement routes across both public and private sectors.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead the full tender lifecycle — from opportunity identification through to contract award and mobilisation.

The Role

1. Identify and qualify lift maintenance opportunities across public and private sector clients
2. Monitor tender portals, procurement pipelines, and framework opportunities
3. Lead end-to-end tender submissions (PQQs, ITTs, frameworks)
4. Manage framework applications, renewals, and compliance requirements
5. Coordinate internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, H&S) to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions
6. Support pricing strategies and commercial positioning
7. Engage proactively with estates, asset management, M&E and procurement stakeholders
8. Build a strong pipeline of upcoming contract renewals
9. Support post-tender clarifications, interviews, and mobilisation

Requirements

Essential:

22. Proven experience in sales, business development, or bid management
23. Experience managing tenders, bids, or framework submissions
24. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
25. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
26. Commercial awareness and confidence engaging senior stakeholders

Desirable:

27. Experience within lift maintenance, engineering services, M&E, or facilities management
28. Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and frameworks
29. Familiarity with e-procurement systems and tender portals
30. Understanding of lift compliance and maintenance standards
