Your new companyHays Education are working in partnership with a warm, inclusive primary school in Birkenhead seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team. The school offers a nurturing, child-centred approach and places a strong emphasis on early language development, creativity, and play-based learning.Your new roleAs the EYFS Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
* Plan and assess effectively to support children's progress across all early learning goals
* Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with EYFS practitioners and the wider staff team
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers
* Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing curriculum development
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within Early Years (strong ECTs encouraged to apply)
* Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* A warm, enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
* Strong classroom-management and communication skills
* A commitment to keeping children safe and promoting their wellbeing
