SEND Business Support Officer About the Role - 1 Year FTC (Maternity Cover) We are looking to recruit a full time SEND Support Business Officer, to cover maternity leave, to work alongside the SEND Early Years Team. The role involves creating and managing spreadsheets, minute taking, liaising closely with the Advisory Teacher for Early Years and Inclusion and other professionals. Part of the role will also include taking telephone and email inquires from nursery SENCOs and nursery practitioners regarding numerous SEND issues. The successful candidate must have experience of signposting practitioners and parents to the appropriate services. About you You will need to have extremely effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be required to work independently and work under your own initiative, where appropriate. You need proven knowledge and experience of the Early Years SEND processes in LBBD, including referrals and EHCP requests.
