About the role of the Senior Building Surveyor
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead the wider team while providing expert market knowledge to clients across large commercial portfolios, including refurbishments, maintenance, and technical due diligence.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor
* Building Surveys and Inspections.
* Project Management.
* Contract Administration.
* Dilapidations.
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor
* MRICS Accredited in Building Surveying.
* Build, develop and maintain existing business and client relationships.
* Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Able to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, supporting others.
* Full Driving License.
