Job Title: Office Administration Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3
Location: Tangmere (Head Office) - occasional travel to other sites (valid UK Driving License and access to vehicle required)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements
* Valid UK Driving License and access to vehicle
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
* Proactive mindset with a positive attitude
* GCSE grades 4-9 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Responsibilities for an Apprentice
* Provide administrative support across departments including Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and H&S
* Assist with Health & Safety administration, including updating RAMS, renewals, ordering PPE and supporting inductions
* Order office supplies and help manage equipment inventories
* Collate and prepare reports using internal systems
* Support data entry and maintain accurate databases
* Assist with diary management and scheduling meetings
* Prepare documents and maintain organised filing systems
* Liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance, servicing and insurance matters
* Help coordinate meetings, company events and ad hoc projects
* Maintain confidentiality across all group companies
* Ensure the office environment remains organised and efficient
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Office Administrator role within the business.
