Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver network design across complex environments, with a hands-on focus on routing, switching, and overall network architecture
* Lead technical delivery and ensure high-quality implementation across projects
* Drive and maintain technical standards, best practices, and design consistency
* Provide senior technical leadership within a small engineering team
* Shape future network designs, processes, and technical direction
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
* Strong experience in network engineering across routing, switching, and design
* Cisco-focused background
* CCNA certification required (lapsed CCNP acceptable)
* Experience operating in a senior, hands-on technical role
* Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model with an initial office-based onboarding period
* Based in or able to work across the South of England
