The Marketing Executive is a delivery-focused role responsible for supporting account growth, retained marketing services, and supporting the new business funnel.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who enjoys operating at a strategic level while remaining hands-on across planning, execution, and copywriting. It plays a critical role in expanding the agency’s marketing capability and supporting ambitious growth targets.
This is not a junior or purely executional role. The Marketing Executive will be trusted to own initiatives, manage client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities
Account Support & Growth
* Support account-based marketing activity for key strategic clients and services
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Help identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Campaign Marketing Services
* Support the delivery of retained Campaign Marketing services.
* Assist with onboarding and servicing new retained clients.
* Contribute to marketing strategy, planning, and reporting.
Marketing Execution & Copywriting
* Write and edit high-quality copy for websites, campaigns, case studies, and sales materials.
* Own sector-based growth campaigns and website optimisation activity.
* Assist with pitch preparation and new client onboarding.
* Work closely with Design and Development teams to ensure marketing outputs are consistent and effective.

Skills and experience
Essential
* 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally agency-side.
* Strong copywriting and content skills.
* Experience contributing to marketing strategy and planning.
* Confidence working with clients and internal teams.
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Confidence working with a marketing and operations technology stack (e.g. ClickUp, Trello, CRMs, mailing systems and file sharing systems such as Sharepoint and Google Drive. WordPress)
* Proficient in interpreting data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Semrush
Desirable
* Experience supporting account growth or retained services.
* Experience working with and generating content for online knowledge hub s or learning management systems and platforms.
* Experience building, monitoring and managing paid ad campaigns (Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta).
