Our Client seeks an experienced Sales and Service Manager to take full ownership of the customer journey, from initial contact through to aftersales support, ensuring seamless integration between online and in-person sales channels.

Key Duties as a Sales and Service Manager:
Develop and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline, overseeing every stage from lead qualification to deal closure
Manage inbound leads through various channels including online, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Assist customers in navigating online purchasing options, including vehicle fitment tools, product selectors, and self-service eCommerce systems
Prepare quotes, issue invoices, and process transactions efficiently using ZOHO Books and Stripe
Provide consultative vehicle guidance, supporting customers with remapping, tuning, and performance upgrades
Coordinate workshop jobs, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring service level agreements are met
Liaise with parts suppliers to maintain stock levels and ensure timely delivery for workshop operations
Foster strong customer relationships through personalised advice, resolving issues professionally, encouraging online reviews, and managing aftersales follow-up
Utilise ZOHO CRM and Books dashboards to track KPIs, monitor workload, and generate performance reports
Support general administration, participate in training initiatives, and contribute to the development of digital resources to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales pipeline management, lead nurturing, and customer consultation
Strong organisational, communication, and CRM software skills, especially with ZOHO CRM and related eCommerce tools
Knowledge of vehicle sales, tuning technologies, and workshop coordination advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to sales and aftersales service
Proficiency in using digital platforms for online sales, booking management, and customer communication
