Payroll and Benefits Advisor – HR – Central London, Hybrid - £50,000
A global and well-established financial services business based in the City of London is seeking a professional to join as their Payroll and Benefits Advisor.
This role is suitable for an experienced Payroll professional with international exposure, including payroll for employees in the US and Europe. It involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance, supporting employee benefits administration, and contributing to global mobility operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid payroll background, understanding of benefits, and an interest in global mobility. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing payroll for UK, USA, DNK, LUX, GRC, SGP, including processing and validation.
2. Reporting taxable benefits in compliance with regulations.
3. Coordinating payroll disbursements.
4. Ensuring tax year-end compliance.
5. Handling employee payroll queries and liaising with outsourced providers.
6. Driving process improvements for standardization and efficiency.
7. Administering employee benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
8. Managing employee and vendor benefit queries.
9. Maintaining employee benefit data and content across platforms.
10. Communicating benefits updates to employees.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.
