If you’ve got 2+ years’ conveyancing experience and want to join a supportive, well-structured team where you can genuinely progress — this could be the move for you.
You’ll be working alongside experienced conveyancers, handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
What you’ll be doing in this role as a Conveyancing Assistant:
* Supporting residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and referrers
* Opening files and managing onboarding processes
* Ordering searches, title documents, and contract packs
* Preparing legal documentation with supervision
* Keeping files accurate, compliant, and up to date
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ conveyancing experience (essential)
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Strong organisation skills — able to manage multiple files
* Comfortable using case management systems & MS Office
* Good understanding of the conveyancing process
