We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our client's vibrant and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, working with a range of clients including first-time buyers, homeowners, and property investors. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the process. Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties, including estate agents and mortgage lenders. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices within residential property law. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in residential property law, gained within a reputable law firm. Strong understanding of residential property transactions and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own caseload effectively. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
