We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly voice and trusted point of contact for our valued customers. This is your chance to play a key role at the very heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first enquiry to vehicle return.
What You'll Be Doing
* Communicating with customers and work providers with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
* Handling incoming calls and managing all types of customer enquiries
* Resolving queries and supporting customers every step of the way
* Taking customer payments and updating their accounts accurately
* Overseeing the check-in process for vehicles and managing courtesy cars
* Working closely with colleagues and other departments to process vehicle repairs
* Meeting important deadlines and working to critical timescales
* Carrying out general admin duties to keep everything running smoothly
