The duties of a Service Co-Ordinator:-
* Scheduling maintenance visits
* Liaising with customers and engineers
* Booking visits in for engineers
* Managing and scheduling sub contractors
* Raising orders
* Maintaining the database
* Ad hoc admin duties
The ideal candidate must:-
* Have experience working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
* Good IT skills
* Good customer service skills
