We are looking for a passionate early years practitioner to work in our expanding setting. The successful professional will be expected to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting. The successful candidate will need to be qualified to Level 3 in early years a minimum of L2 in childcare/ early years would be considered for the right candidate..
Key role and responsibilities for the professional;
* Caring for multiple children within your designated room.
* Ensuring that each child is safe and enjoying their time in our nursery by creating a fun, lively and play based environment.
* Working inline with OFSTED regulations
* Ensuring each child is well cared for and is given the opportunity to learn through play based activities.
* Assisting in the planning of internal and external activities
· Communicate and update parents on their child's progress
· Producing quality observations; detailing the day's activities and behaviors of each child.
· Respect the children's religious and cultural beliefs
Minimum requirements for the professional;
· Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 in childcare
· Experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
· Passionate about delivering quality childcare
· Safeguarding training preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory reference checks and enhanced DBS check.
