Responsibilities
* Be the face of the restaurant: engage with customers, ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
* Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and attend to customers' specific needs.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to a fast-moving, high-energy environment and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, clear face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
