Master Technician - York
1. Basic Salary up to c. £40,000 depending on experience
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Our client, a well-known Main Dealer, is seeking a Master Technician in the York area. Our client offers a stable working environment with a strong reputation with impressive on target earnings to match.
If you have a proven track record as a Senior Technician / Master Technician and are looking for an opportunity within in a thriving, main dealership our client wants to hear from you.
Duties of a Master Technician with our Client:
6. Repair and service vehicles.
7. Exceptional Customer service experience.
8. Complete diagnostic checks.
9. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times.
10. Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
11. Complete work to DVSA standards.
12. Provide excellent customer service.
13. Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
14. Assist in the guidance of more junior members of the team.
15. Work alongside the Workshop Controller to help ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
The successful Master Technician will have:
16. A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent skill level.
17. Advanced accreditations and/or a Master Technician qualification.
18. Own Set of Tools.
19. Full UK Driving Licence.
20. MOT Licence desirable but not essential.
The successful Master Technician will get:

23. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm.
24. 34 days holiday rising to 38 days with length of service
