They are seeking a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, and logistics. As Operations Manager, You Will
* Lead and manage production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external quality and safety standards
* Oversee procurement and stock control of raw materials and packaging supplies
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to address mechanical and electrical issues
* Maintain accurate production records and ensure smooth delivery operations
* Support senior management with strategic planning and operational insights
As Operations Manager, You Will Have
* A solid background in manufacturing, ideally with experience handling raw materials
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar operations or production management role
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality compliance standards
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
