Main duties of the job
As our Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and health promotion to our diverse patient population. Working alongside Partners, Salaried GPs, ACPs and our excellent nursing team, your responsibilities will include:
* Chronic disease management specialising in Diabetes
* Immunisations and vaccinations
* Cervical screening
* Wound care
* Health promotion and patient education

KnowleHouse Surgery is a thriving pharmaceutical research practice within the SouthWest Peninsula and part of the Cornwall Clinical Research Group. We are proudto be a well-established training practice, supporting both undergraduate students from Peninsula Medical School and postgraduate doctors from the Plymouth VTS. We actively encourage involvement in education and research, offering protected time for those who wish to develop in these areas.
