About the role: Providing mentoring and behaviour support for targeted students across KS3 and KS4 Supporting pupils in internal inclusion units and during reintegration into mainstream classes Running restorative conversations and behaviour reflection sessions Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and engagement in partnership with pastoral leads Acting as a consistent adult role model across the school dayAbout you: Experience with SEMH, behaviour or youth mentoring in schools or external services Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school context Can adapt communication to suit a range of student needs DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)Why join this school?
