About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position, and successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is required to transition into a managerial role based on branch vacancies. Please note that current Associate Branch Managers (ABM) or Branch Managers (BM) will not participate in this program.
As a Branch Manager, you will lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. You’ll drive a customer-centric approach while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with policies and regulations.
Your Responsibilities
* Coach and develop a high-performing team to execute business strategies and drive growth.
* Resolve customer and employee experience issues to meet Branch Network objectives.
* Identify opportunities to simplify banking for customers through education and digital options.
* Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships to enhance customer experiences.
* Mentor and guide talent development, assisting in hiring top talent.
* Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or Branch Network.
* 2+ years of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
* Ability to inspire a team focused on adaptability, collaboration, and accountability.
* Strong analytical skills to assess performance and empower employees.
* Experience in coaching across various customer segments.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers and partners.
* Knowledge of banking industry laws, compliance, and risk management.
* Integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and employees.
Job Expectations
* Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.
* Relocation assistance may be available.
* This position requires SAFE registration upon employment.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $28.00 - $55.00
This range reflects the base pay offered for this position, which may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
