Hours of Work:
6. 37 Hours per week
7. Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
Lecturing role to both Level 2 Veterinary Care Support and Level 3 Veterinary Nursing students. This role will include preparation and delivery of teaching, assessment of students, participation in college activities and involvement in quality assurance.
Essential Criteria:
8. Hold a veterinary qualification at honours degree level or higher.
9. Be technically competent in the area and subject for which they are delivering training
10. Have recent relevant experience in the specific area they will be delivering and assessing
11. Be occupationally knowledgeable in the area for which they are delivering training
12. Be currently registered with the RCVS
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
13. Hold or be working towards a nationally recognised teaching or assessing qualification.
An Access NI will be required for this role:
14. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
